Progress
The plan is underway Angels
Starting weight - 155lbs
Todays weight - 149lbs
Circuit training tonight.
Estimated burn about 500cals
Thats more than ive eaten all week
Sorted :)
I think if i can keep this up
i could be 135 by my birthday (August 17th)
and maybe even 130 by the end of the month

6lbs! You're doing great :) I always turn to peanuts or almonds for protein though I'm a vegetarian so meat is out of the question, nuts add up fast, but I've definitely had great weight loss only eatings small handfuls of nuts throughout the day. You could try protein shakes too, but I've never tried them so idk how well those work, or their calories.
6 pounds is great. In a sick way, I am jealous. Be careful.
Sunflower seeds are pretty great, or a bit of turkey jerky.
100 cal? If you're burning off 500 through exercise I'd up to at least 200, you're barely getting any nutrients.
Another idea is to take supplements sometimes and replace the foods you'd normally get those things from with protein foods. Good luck babe.
